our one client company alrady running Avaya ip office 500v2 .this company want to call center solution  iam prifer to cisco contact center solution.

one question possible to integration to avaya to cissco contact center ?

You can use ICM (think enterprise) with some Avaya PBXs via peripheral gateway, but that get expensive, so not sure if that fits as you did not describe the scale.  UCCX is not compatible with any other vendor's PBX.
