B-ACD/AA with SRST issue

Hello,

I have a router in H.323 mode, with SRST configured. I am using B-ACD 2.1.2.2. I changed many IOS versions but the result is the same:the script is running until the moment when it must play the audio prompts. I can see "TCL AA: ++ Playing Welcome Prompt and options menu ++" in debug, I can see the file name chosen by script is correct, but I can't hear anything on PSTN phone. I attached debug, config, sh diag and sh flash.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

When a call comes from PSTN , you need to configure these commands in the CME.

Try :

voice service voip

allow-connections h323 to h323

allow-connections h323 to sip

allow-connections sip to h323

allow-connections sip to sip
