B-ACD & All Agent busy prompt (Custom)

Hey Guys,

Need a favor. My B-ACD works fine but i uploaded a customer prompt for all agents are busy. But it still plays the default prompt even though i have named the prompt uploaded with the original name "_bacd_allagentsbusy.au"

Hi Mohamed.
Did you reload the prompt through audio-prompt load flash:en_bacd_allagentbusy.au?
