We are using the B-ACD AA feature for a time now without problems.
Because of a reorganization we have to change one of the menu options.
Instead of transferring the call to an available agent on a the ephone-hunt we have to transfer the call to an external number.
Is searched the documentation and forum but didn't find a way to configure.
( I am aware of the Alternate extension option Voicemail) this is not an option its used to deliver call coverage for the other options in the menu.
