I have spent 2 days behind this little issue and still cannot figure out the catch. I have CISCO3825 with IOS c3825-adventerprisek9-mz.151-4.M4.bin and cme-bacd-188.8.131.52. I just need AA and no need for hunt group. here is the config:

I have tried:
1. with app-b-acd-aa-220.127.116.11 version
2. putting everything in flash: (without any directory)
3. configuring the xcoder, in case its codec issue
4. configuring 'session protocol SIPv2' because the call is coming in through a SIP Trunk
and many other things, but none has worked.
I dont get the call answered by AA. The call never connects, its just wierd silience.
