Background Images and Ringtones Not Loading

Whenever a user tries to get to the Background Images or Ringtones under User Preferences, the loading icon at the bottom keeps spinning with the words "Requesting Selections" next to it. I do have some custom ringtones and background images. I tried restarting the TFTP service but that didn't seem to work. Any idea what I can do to fix this issue?

Are the List.XML and RingList files properly formated and in the right folder for the phone model you're using??

Are you pointing to the right TFTP?

Yes, everything is formatted correctly and I am pointing to the right TFTP. I even tried to put back the default List and Ringlist files to see if it was a problem with my custom files but that didn't solve the issue. The phone eventually times out after a few minutes.
