I have a bit of an issue. We have a user who's office has a rather loud heating/cooling system. When on speakerphone others can hear the noise and they complain. The user will not use the handset or a headset. We turned off wideband audio which helped but people still complain. Suggestions???
Tell your user to quit being unrealistic...but perhaps in a nicer way. Its a speakerphone...it may be on a fancy IP set but its still just a speakerphone, its not designed to eliminate extreme background noise.
