Hi all,
i have acustomer who want to have back up of all the voicemails and store them and when ever he want he can retrieve them. Is it possible like we have the facility for recording server where we can store the old calls and listen to them when ever we want.

You can run a CUE backup, but the voicemails will be stored in a binary package and not user-extractable. You need to restore the backup to a module and log back in to recover the voicemails.
Perhaps the best option for this user is to configure integrated messaging (IMAP) and have their local mail client set to archive the inbox to the local PC on a daily basis.
