Backup on Subcriber CUC 7.1.5 cluster not working

Dear support,

I have a CUC 7.1.5 cluster.

When I try to configure the backup device on the Subscriber gives me this message " Local Agent is not responding. This may be due to the Master or Local Agent being down". I check the services on the server and are OK.

Is this normal.

Should I back up the Subscriber? I mean is necessary?

No, DRS only gets configured on the Publisher, it backs up both servers in the cluster.
