backup , restore , delete CDR from call manager

I have call manager 4.2 and I have third party billing system collect CDR from call manager but it remove it after reading , unfortunatly I have also HP open view management software which need to generate Telephony report back from CDR tables on call manager, but it found it empty , I asked the billing company to copy CDR records and don't remove it so I need to know How to archive ,Restore& delete CDR records from call manager in case the CDR limit reach to maximun limit.

ok if they read and remove the record from the table, not much that we can do.

If they dont remove it you can use BARS to backup or SQL to backup.

Or you can configure ccm not to insert cdr records into table...but dont think ur app will work this way.
