backup srst

i will install 2 routers in remote site(in centralized call processing)one will be backup for the other .

i need to make both work as srst(primary srst and secondary srst) and i don't know how this will be done by the configuration as in the call manager administration i can also assign one srst refrence for each phone and i don't know how to configure the call manager where the ip phones know that there as backup srst for them

Re: backup srst

You can only have one SRST reference. If you have more phones than one SRST router can support, you could create two device pools, each using a distinct SRST reference. I would probably group them by extensions, so that you can configure dial-peers between the SRST routers easily so the phones can call one another.
