Bad Voice quality

We had the following connection:

IPHone--Gw--WAN--GW(PSTN)-CCM

For outgoing call from IP Phone to PSTN , the ipphone heard very good but the PSTN heard very bad. The calls is connected in g729r8.

The calls iphone--CCM--GW---WAN---GW---Ipphone is g729 and the both heard very good.

anyone can help me?

Did you try to use G711 with calls to PSTN?

Yes, I made the test and I don't work

How are you connected to the PSTN? PRI, CAS, E1 R2, or FXO?

When you say bad voice quality, what exactly is the symptom? Choppy audio, echo, static, etc.The following document has samples of various bad audio quality symptoms and they can help you identify exactly what are you experiencing.
