Bandwidth setting on priority queue

Should I set the bandwidth on my priority queuing policy?  This is on a Nexus 5548

policy-map type queuing EGRESS-QUEUE

    class type queuing VOICE_VIDEO

      priority

      bandwidth percent 30

    class type queuing SIGNALING_CRITICAL_DATA

      bandwidth percent  40

    class type queuing class-default

      bandwidth percent 25

    class type queuing BULK_SCAVENGER

      bandwidth percent 5

or not

   class type queuing VOICE_VIDEO

      priority

    class type queuing SIGNALING_CRITICAL_DATA

      bandwidth percent  40

      bandwidth percent 55

      bandwidth percent 5

The 5K appears to set the bandwidth to 0 if I do not set the bandwidth:

Should I be concerned?
