I have a requirement where a manager wants to barge into any extension without shared line. I know cucm nor cme works that way.
Any work around.
So how hey have done in the old PBS is that they enter a feature code and then dial the extension. How can we get it working in cucm also is whisper coaching possible. I know it's entirely 2 different features
Any help will be greatly appreciated
As far as I know, this is only a feature of Contact Center (Express or Enterprise). He would need to be configured as a supervisor, and the extensions he wants to "coach" would need to be logged in as agents.
I'm not sure if whisper coaching is available in UCCX, so I would recommend looking at the features for each of licensing levels to see if it is listed.
