Supervisor - 777 [Supervisor should able to barge any of the agent phone and talk to agents, and the outside customer should not hear the discussion between Agent and supervisor].
As a POC we had try the agent phone "privacy - OFF" and in supervisor phone enable barge and "privacy - on", the solution works but the outside customer is able to hear the discussion happen with agents and supervisor.
Could you please let us know in CUCM 7.1 do we have any workaround to achieve the above solution. Customer setup - version CUCM 7.1.5 & Supervisor IP Telephony - 7975, Agent IP Phone - 7942
