Hi,
I installed BARS ver 4-0-9 on my Call Manager 4.1(3) publisher and i suprised at the end with this display message:*
The wizard was interrupted before Cisco BARS could be completely installed
and in the other dialog box:
Cisco BARS Install did not complete successfully. Review the file log for more information!!
Any idea for this pb

Well first thing to do, assuming you already checked the Compatibility Matrix is to view the Log file: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Cisco\Logs

First and foremost ensure that you have stopped and disabled the CSA if installed prior to installing the BARS utility. Rather than stopping the service from the sys-tray, actually go into Windows Services and stop the service completely, and then attempt the installation.
