BAT and Cisco Unity Connection

Hi,

i want to configure CUC to send voicemail to email .

So i know i go to the users in Edit>>Edit Message Actions>>Voicemail>>Accept and Relay the Message,   Relay Address>>(email of user) .

But how to do this for all users using BAT ?

Hi Guillaume,

Rather than BAT, I believe you would need to use "Bulk Edit" for this task;

Yes you can, have a look here, you just need to build your CSV file and run an 'Update':

Search for 'RelayAddress'
