BAT CUCMBE 6.1.2 Importing Users Error

I am trying to add in users to a CUCMBE6.1.2 system using BAT. I have crested a user manually and exported the user records then editied and re-imported the additional user for testing

purposes.

I get 2 failures as below.

Insert Users

Failure Details :

JJ Could not insert new row - duplicate value in a UNIQUE INDEX column.

NLS Could not insert new row - duplicate value in a UNIQUE INDEX column.

Result Summary :

INSERT for 0 USERS passed.

INSERT for 2 USERS failed.

I wpoould expest JJ to fail as it was the template but user id NLS should go in fine. i have attached the csv file i am using and have ccreated the user template file.

This could be a simple error on my part i dont normally create users this way i use LDAP.

Hi Jon,

It's difficult to tell without looking but this error value usually means there is already an entry in the database with the same name - hence the reason it can't insert it again.

Have you checked to make sure there is not another user with the same details (apologies if you have!)?

1. Sometime restart of the server helps.

2. it is possible if you have not correct cvs file .
