BAT don't works

Hi

Hi try updade lines on CUCM7

On Bulk Administration -> Phones -> Update Lines. I select the lines and select the change (partition), so I click on submit.

But on Job Scheduler, the task show like Pending, I activated the job, delete, re-created and nothing. This same thing with update Phones.

Is there any service that must be activate?

Make sure the Cisco Bulk Provisioning Service is running

Hello Java,

I am trying to activate de Service, but when the page reloads the service still deactivated.

you know what can be? I am runing ccm 5.1(3)-1000

I was having the same problem of it not getting past "Pending".  Tried deleting the job,

re-adding.  Stop Processing, then Start Processing.  Activate Selected Job.  Made sure the necessary services were activated, namely BPS, but also AXL and TAPS (as suggested by Cisco help site).  Finally, what worked was deactivating the BPS service, save, then reactivating it, save
