I am trying to do an export of phones from an existing cucm 4.1 cluster for migration to a new cluster. I observed that BAT does not export all the data. Some phones were missing in the export even though they are present in cucm database.
When I did a query on BAT for this specific devices, BAT says the query returns zero result..I.e no device found for the query even though when i do a search on CCM I find the phones.
This is worrying as my exported files do not tally with the cucm configuration...is this a bug?

BAT got installed as a plugin in CM 4.x , numerous times bat issues were fixed by uninstall and reinstall
Give that a shot and see if it helps.
1. Make sure that you are installing BAT on the server that is running the publisher
database for Cisco CallManager.
2. Install BAT directly on the Cisco CallManager server; do not use Terminal Services.
