I am having problems with Phone services on a BAT import on both phones and UDP's. Despite having subscribed the template to the service (EM) it does not populate the phone or the UDP with the required service. Is this a bug?
1. create bat phone template and subscribed it to the EM service
2. define an update phones job:
enable extension mobility
log out profile: use current device settings
add services from this teamplate: run immediatelyMake sure to check the box to the left of the line item in the BAT job definition. That signifies to BAT that wish to synchronize all selected phones to the value specified.
Thanks for your responses. I'll give it a go. To be honest this is the 2nd bug I have found in 6.0(1a) this week - It is a new install - So I may just upgrade to 6.1. I'm guessing that my 6.0 licences will be ok on 6.1?
Don't bet on the fact that 6.1(1a) has a fix for the mentioned behaviour. You'll probably still have to use the DUMMY parameter for the EM sevice. Maybe with 6.1(1b), just released (I haven't seen/read the bugfixes yet).
Rob thank you for your detailed info as always and rating!

the same time it kind of is, but for the most part you don't configure
the softkeys. You enable or disable them via TCL. Here is the long
answer. Be sure to read the whole thing or e...
