BAT Tool

Hi,

It would be like a bit childish. But i really want to know how exactly i can export the Phone details using BAT.

I tried it in production environment as well as in my VMWare setup. But i was not able to get an output, in job scheduler its showing as pending.

I tried both Phones => Export Phones => Specific details as well as all details. All these jobs are getting scheduled but not showing as completed.

I also tried to export the users, but no success there also.

Can anyone guide me step by step on how to take the backup of all the phone details.

Please dont ask me to go through the BAT document in cisco, its too confusing and i tried out in many ways.

Re: BAT Tool

Hi TTBO,

It's quite possible (by the looks of your notes) that you are doing everything right

This can happen if the services shown in this doc have not been started in CUCM;

https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-5197

Cheers!

Rob
