BAT unable to Migrate from 4 to 10 Digit Number Plan.

We are trying to bulk administer a customer with over 700 Phones and would like to change their dial plan from a 4 digit to 10 digit. We have been successful in changing the static phones.We do this by exporting the Phone details then using this txt file to "add line" and ticking the box "override the existing configuration" with the newly edited txt file.We however lose the "alerting name" as there is no field for it to be added. This company uses a copy of the "Display Name" for the "Alerting Name".

Any Ideas on acheiving our goal in a bulk fashion?

Hello Mark, I was wondering how you made out w/ this as I starting to research going from 4 digits to 7 digit dialing...any other issues that you ran into....Thanks Man!!
