I have been dealing with an issue while trying to connect a Nortel BCM to a Cisco CCM, basically I was able to configure both of them but for some reason I am only able to have they working together with g.711alaw, if I try something different like 729 then they won't work, I don't know if I am doing something wrong, the most curious thing is that if the BCM starts the call then it proceeds but if I try to start the call from the ccm side then I only hear a reorder tone and time after time the call is completed but dropped after a few seconds or with one way audio, all regions, locations and transcoding is completely right so I have no idea whether or not I am missing something or if simple this configuration is not supported, BTW, both of them are connected across a MPLS.
