Be6000s Outbound call issue

We are facing some issue on Be6000s with cucm 11.5.1

We cannot make Outgoing GSM call.

We are using an analog GSM gateway connected to BE6000s FXO port and MGCP to control the gateway. We can receive incoming call.

we need your precious help!!

What's happening when you attempt the call? Errors, silence, etc.?

Can you check the routepattern , css and partition ?

I think routepattern, partition and css are ok: I use them with another gateway (ISR 4321) and it's worked.

Perform the workaround:

 

Workaround:
1) Start with reset the MGCP gateway from callmanager admin page. If issue was not so severe, it will get fixed.

2) If above is not working then next option is following:
Restart Cisco Call Manager service or reboot the server where the device is registered.
Also, deleting and re-configuring the device can solve this.
