You can check the output of the following commands from the affected server to look for any warnings or core dumps:
utils diagnose test
utils core active list
If you find anything in the output of above commands its best to open a TAC case to troubleshoot further. I would be inclined to upgrade to the 10.5 version if possible, however you need to check the compatibility details with other UC applications as well as downtime required.
