BE6K: CUCM 10 lowavailablevirtualmemory

Getting continuous CRITICAL errors displaying in RTMT for CUCM Publisher:

 

": 6431: CUCM.cisco.local: Nov 03 2014 07:08:58 PM.420 UTC : %UC_RTMT-2-RTMT_ALERT: %[AlertName=LowAvailableVirtualMemory][AlertDetail= Available virtual memory below configured threshold . Configured low threshold is 25 %#012tomcat#1 (1881 MB) uses most of the memory.#012The alert is generated on Mon Nov 03 19:08:58 GMT 2014 on node 192.168.1.2.][ClusterID=][NodeID=CUCM]: RTMT Alert"

and

"Available virtual memory below configured threshold . Configured low threshold is 25 %
tomcat#1 (1881 MB) uses most of the memory.
The alert is generated on Mon Nov 03 20:09:28 GMT 2014 on node 192.168.1.2."

 

CUCM Version:10.0.1.10000-24

 

I've tried restarting the Tomcat but didn't help.

Hi Richard,You can check the

You can check the output of the following commands from the affected server to look for any warnings or core dumps:

utils diagnose test

utils core active list

If you find anything in the output of above commands its best to open a  TAC case to troubleshoot further. I would be inclined to upgrade to the 10.5 version if possible, however you need to check the compatibility details with other UC applications as well as downtime required.
