best way/path to upgrade from CCM 4.1(3)

Hi experts,

We have a CM 4.1(3) & planning to upgrade to a higher version but still undecided.

Any recommendations to which version to upgrade to? pls. indicate the possible pros & cons. or bugs, also if available any link of procedures for upgrading.

personally i'd recommend CCM 4.2(3) latest SR

i have that at my lab and i've had little issue with it so far (over a year since i installed)

it's the latest version still running on W2K platform and so far i'd say it's the most tested

there were some bugs like a CDP error which was annoying but it's solved by now but i don't know of any major bug for this

if you wish to test a new platform (linux) i'd recommend CUCM 5.1(2)
