Hello all,

we made an update to

Cisco Unified CM Administration System version: 6.1.5.10000-10 and after about 2 weeks, we have an issue with the ata 168 only in the Headquarter.
We can call from and to the ata's, from inside and outside , but the most time the voice quality is very very poor and its sounds like a robot with many breaks.
Any other phones 7911, 7970, 7971 are ok.
Here is an sample of the ata device information and network conf:

We have found the cause.

It is when a user  logs on to our Windows 2008 Terminal farm and the user-profile-service get the user-profile from our fileserver.

The switches are cisco 2960G and the w2k8 Terminal server are running on a HP VM-Ware ESX.

Here are our qos-settings:

mls qos srr-queue output dscp-map queue 2 threshold 1  24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31
mls qos srr-queue output dscp-map queue 2 threshold 1  48 49 50 51 52 53 54 55
mls qos queue-set output 1 buffers 20 10 20 50
mls qos queue-set output 2 buffers 20 10 20 50
mls qos

interface GigabitEthernet0/1....
...

srr-queue bandwidth share 10 10 50 30
priority-queue out
mls qos trust dscp
...

We are still looking for a solution.

any idea ?

Carsten
