Hi
I have one user who is unable to pick up calls using the BLF. When they attempt to pick up a call they get a "temp fail" message. I have logged the user into a different handset and the issue follows the UDP. I have deleted and recreated the extension and UDP but the issue still occurs.
We are running CUCM 7.1(3)
any help much appreciated.

Hi Kev,
This "Temp fail" error has been seen when the wrong Pickup Group
has been assigned in error. Can you verify that portion of the config

Cheers Rob, it was a pickup group issue. They were in the same group but it wasnt working at all. Created a new group and all working.

Yes, that's right. Adding new Pickup Group and assign DNs to it remediate the issue! Thanks kevbo!
