BLF for Call list and CIPC

Hello everybody, I am trying to test BLF for call lists (missed calls...) using IP Communicator. I am not able to monitor the status on the directory. I just need to know if this feature can be run using CIPC or no.

I am using CCM7 and I read in SRND:

Presence capabilities for call history lists are supported for both SCCP and SIP on the following Cisco

Unified IP Phones:

• Cisco Unified IP Phones 7941G, 7941G-GE, 7942G, and 7945G

• Cisco Unified IP Phones 7961G, 7961G-GE, 7962G, and 7965G

• Cisco Unified IP Phones 7970G, 7971G-GE, and 7975G

The Cisco Unified IP Phones 7905G, 7906G, 7911G, 7912G, 7940G, and 7960G do not support presence

capabilities for call history lists.

Which version of IPC r u using?

From the old times i remember Call Lists requires a newer phone firmware level than CIPC 2.0(x) has. CIPC 2.1(1) and up should show shows presence information in the call lists; CIPC 2.0(2) does not. CIPC 2.1(1) has a newer firmware

level than CIPC 2.0(2).

Please try make it working with hardphone and let us know

I am using CIPC 7.0.2.0

somebody told me that we can consider CIPC as 7970 is it true??

because if it is 7970 we can not run it.
