Hi there, I have setup 7962 with one expansion module for a branch office. all user's extension has been configured as SD in the Expansion module. it works fine. Now new receptionist ask for the BLF on the button of Expansion module, so when user is in a call, she can see the light on and no need to forward call to them. Please advice if there is any features available in CUCM 8.6 that I can use to achive those.
