Hello,
We have a voip infrastructure based on CCM 4.2 and a small call center. We have a problem with a caller who is bothering the CC collegues and I want to block his calls. Is there a way to block calls if I know from what number he's calling or to forward his calls to an unused DN so he will receive a busy tone?
Thanks,
Marian C

yes, seems you haven't gone thru the docs i posted, since they state it's ONLY for H323
MGCP CANNOT DO THIS; THERE IS NO WAY TO DO THIS WITH MGCP; ONLY H323 CAN DO THIS
