Hi All,
one of my users are getting repeat spam calls/faxs from one external number, I am trying to block this number from making inbound calls to the system.
I am new to call manager.
I have tried setting up an access list, linking to a end user account, which is linked the the phone line.
am I going about this the wrong way?
it is call manager version 7
