block or transfer incoming PSTN number

Hi I am trying to divert an incoming number from the pstn to another

company external to ours and not on our IPT system.

My plan is incoming calls hits the H.323 gatway and is translted to an internal extension number which has a CFA to the external company. only problem is I can't get the bleeding thing to work !!!

Anyone got any ideas (we're running UCM7, H.323 gateways.

My Config:

Incoming calling number = 07949 997788 calling extension 5616

voice translation-rule 4
rule 1 /.*/ /5616/

voice translation-profile divertBPS
translate called 4

dial-peer voice 1 pots
description Incoming POTS peer
translation-profile incoming 4
answer-address 07949997788
incoming called-number .
direct-inward-dial
port 0/0/0:15

Or if I try blocking the nuber I still have no joy !!!!

voice translation-rule 3
rule 1 reject /07949997788/

voice translation-profile call_block
translate called 3

translation-profile incoming 3
answer-address 07949997788

hellllllllpppp please.

Re: block or transfer incoming PSTN number

There is an error in your configuration. your translation profile is "divertBPS" and not "4"

so you should have

dial-peer voice 1 pots
description Incoming POTS peer
translation-profile incoming divertBPS
answer-address 07949997788
incoming called-number .
direct-inward-dial
port 0/0/0:15

You chould also check that your incoming xlation of the  number 077..goes to 5616. If the call routes to callmanager properly,  then you need to investigate the CSS on your CFA for the extension 5616.  Can you put a phone on extension 5616 and see if it rings.
