I have configured a sip trunk on CCM 4.2, also i have created a route pattern selecting the sip trunk. So, when i am analyzing the digits dialed, the tool show me that the route pattern is blocked. How can i do on CCM 4.2 for finding more details of this block route pattern and also the reasons???
I've seen this before on 4.2 but don't know why it happens. As you describe DNA shows it blocked but it looks normal on the configuration screens. Try deleting the route pattern and inputting it in again - that is what has worked for me in the past.
