Hi Mark,
For H.323 gateways;
These documents were nicely posted up by Java recently;
Call Blocking Configuration Examples
Reject Calls
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk652/tk90/technologies_tech_note09186a0080325e8e.shtml#reject
If your Gateways are MGCP this was added in CUCM 8.x

Pls provide more details. Where do you want to block inbound calls i.e. at phone level or at gateway level ? Is any contact center involved ?

There is no contact center involved. I would prefer to block it at the gateway level, before it even makes it to the phone so that the end user doesnt even have to deal with the call.

All needs to be done at the Gateway level, we are using all H.323 and SCCP protocols no MGCP at all. I looked over this
Call Blocking Configuration Examples
document. I assume this need to be added to the gateway router with the PRI's.
