Blocking Local Directory entries in CME

I am looking to block only a single entry in the local directory of a CME ver 4.0. Has anyone been able to do this? I see where I can add additional entries and block the entire directory from all IP phones but only need to block 1 entry. Is this possible?

Simply dont setup a name command for that user, but then its going to impact caller id (internal) as well..
