bri problem please answer as fast as possible

i have customer that have bri line (sure this line has 2 channel)

ineed to know :

1- is this line have one number(like 25581513) or two numbers

2-this line has 2 channel and i need to forward the incoming call on that line to 2 different extension but the problem is that i am only have one single voice port that i may make connection plar on it so iwant to know if i can create a virtual voice port under it or not

3- my actual problem is that i need to use fax so i need to forward the incoming call call to fax and reception how can i do that

If you have a single number you cannot send the call to different extension, because the called number is always the same.

If you have two or more numbers, configure a translation-rule or ephone-dn secondary so that the called number matches where you want to send the call. Same for an fxs port, use destination-patter same as called number. With this configuration, you don't need anymore connection plar under voice-port.
