Broadcast ringtone Alert CCM 7.0.1

HI,

I Noticed our all phones are getting ring tone alerts when they are login using EM. but normal phone with out Login through EM not getting any ring tone alert. during all day alerts are generating but not in regular interval.

I did not find any reason. can any one help me

Log into EM profiles (obviously at least 2) and then call one of the members of the pickup group, or just wait for feedback from users

Check if you have pickup groups under UDP the config for alerting of the pickup group

Yes under the Call Pickup Group Notification Settings Audio Alert was setup.

I just changes as no Alert. let me monitor for some times. or please let me know how can i verify ?
