Hi Everyone
Got a problem when listening to voicemails. When listening to voicemails, the speech is broken. Call express is being used and not unity. Theres 4 channels but only 1 channel is affected. CM version 6.1.
Any ideas of what might be affecting this? thanks

Is there any transcoding occurring?
Do you have QoS applied?
Try running with another NIC card.

I assume youmean cisco unity express.
What do you mean with 4 channels ??
