We currently have an issue with our Brooktrout SR140 FoIP software. After upgrading from Cisco Call Manager 6.1 (2) to Cisco Call Manager 8.6.2(a) 220.127.116.1100-2 we have been unable to send faxes. Our communications section has advised that the settings on Call Manager are correct.
Are there any known inoperabilty issues with CallManager 8.6.2 and SR140? I appreciate this is a minimal amount of information.
I have a customer with the same issue, upgrading from UCM6.1.2 to UCM8.5. When they try to make outbound fax calls, the SR140 comes back with a "no dial tone" error. I just wondred if you'd managed to find an answer to this.
