Hello... I need to update the External Phone Number Mask field in Call Manager 4.1(3) for 700 lines to the same value, however using BAT I get the error code 10161 ...External Phone Number Mask fields cannot be updated for shared lines, using BAT. I think this is because I have the extension mobility enabled for all devices. Is there any way I can do this without manually changing each line? I have tried removing extension mobility but still have the Autogenerated Device Profiles.
