Hi Ramzi,
For Unity Connection the default password for users is setup in the VM Template that is used to create new users :)
Do the following procedure for user accounts, or for a template that you will use to create user accounts.
To Change a Phone (PIN) Password for an Individual User or Template
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Step 1 In Cisco Unity Connection Administration, find the template that you want to edit.
Step 2 On the Edit menu, click Change Password.
Step 3 In the Choose Password list, click Voice Mail.
Step 4 In the Password field, enter the new password.
Step 5 In the Confirm Password field, reenter the password to confirm.
Step 6 Click Save.
Then check the option " User Must Change at Next Login" to force them to setup a new "personal" password.
Hope this helps!

Hi Tka,
I think it will be as i do in unity 4.0,
It is when you create the subscriber,
He will be assigned the password configured in the user conf page
And in his first access to unity, he will be asked to change his password by default
Wish this be helpful
