Business Attendant Console CTI ports

I am wondering about the best way to setup the CTI ports for CUBAC regarding "max number of calls" and "busy trigger".

I read something on the ARC website recommending max number=2 and busy trigger=1. However, to be able to retrieve a parked call from a CTI port, a busy trigger of 2 is required.

But then if different ports require different settings, we can't use the CTI port template to sync up with the CUCM.

Can somebody share their best practice on this subject? The documentation is very poor on this product.
