Business Attendant Console Display Restrictions

Hi,

I am currentlly deploying CUBAC 3.X with UCM7.1. the console and the features are all working as expected. The only issue i am facing is for example when the call is transfered from the console to an IP Phone, the DN of the (Service Queue) CTI Port used to transfer the call is displayed on the IP Phone. Now for some reason if the user of the IP phone is unable to pick the transfered call, he sees the CTI Port DN in the missed calls directory. I would like to operator pilot number to display on the IP Phone instead. I know i am definitely missing something here, anyone ?
