Business Edition 3000 pick up IP Phone auto dial extension


On CUCM 9.1, I manage to create a call flow where a visitor comes into reception and picks up the Cisco IP Phone which automatically dials a group of extensions using blank Translation Pattern which is associated to the reception phone via a unique Partition.

Can this be done on a BE3000?

Reception IP Phone -> Blank Translation Pattern -> Line Group

Yes I think it can be

1) Just create a Unique PT

2) Assign this PT to Blank TP and do Called Party Transformation to XXX --HP--HL-LG--Numbers that you want to send these calls

3) have access to this PT to the reception phone (CSS)

3) once done whenever Reception picks up the phone it will hit the TP and transform to called number to HP--HL-LINEGROUP

whatever member you have associated into this linegroup will ring accordingly basis on .

Try this out and let me know if this work

Thanks for the reply. We have a Business Edition 3000 which is not running the CUCM.
