Business Edition Installation Failed

Not a huge deal, but wondering if I am doing something wrong. I have done about 5 BE installs and each time I get an installation failed after the last reboot. If I reimage from DVD its fine, but what ships seems buggy or am I missing ?

Could u upload the USB diagnostics file?
