I have a cluster with three CUCM 8.5. We're using a third-party PBX to make external calls, connected with a SIP Trunk.
Last week I installed two ISR 3925, created a new route pattern which uses our voice gateways when I call to a specific number.
The problem is that sometimes I got a busy signal.
Tried some possibilities and discovered the following:
Route Group with both gateways selected // Distribution algorithm Top Down
One call connected. When I try to start the second call I hear busy signal.
If I reverse the order of the gateways, the same problem.
Route Group with both gateways selected // Distribution algorithm Circular
Two calls connected. When I try to start the third call I hear busy signal.
If I reverse the order of the gateways, the same problem.
Route Group with one gateway selected // Distribution algorithm Top Down or Circular
One call connected. When I try to start the second call I hear busy signal.
If I select the other gateways, the same problem.
Do you have any clue?
