Hi everybody,
the problem is that i have a MITEL SX-2000 BPX in our company which is intended to be part of the VOIP system and when the configuration was made on the router it was found that some factors are missing to make the router understand the call termination
these factors are the busy tone frequency and cadence

Where are you located ?
Either compare with the tones archived at:
http://www.3amsystems.com/wireline/tone-search.htm
or if they don't look like anything in there, record the tones and post them here.
Hope this helps, please rate post if it does!

I am located in Egypt
I've been told and I think that the tones are related to the PBX model which is Mitel sx-2000
what I found at the URL was PSTN database
