Busy tone when dial meeting place

Dear all,

When user is dialing to meeting place from their mobile/home phone getting busy tone. they need to try every after 5 minuts if luck is there then they get connected to meeting place. this is happening frequently.

Any output would be very help.

Hey guys,

i found this solution.

Because of ISDN chennel low capacity due to which user were getting busy tone when dial to MP. i have upgraded ISDN line and monitor now its working very nice i dont see any complaint from user.
